WASHINGTON, May 12 -- Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-Rhode Island, issued the following news release on May 11, 2023:

U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) today cheered the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's new regulations on greenhouse gas pollution from coal and gas-fired power plants.
