DOVER, Delaware, March 17 (TNSper) -- Gov. John C. Carney, D-Delaware, issued the following news release:
Governor John Carney on Thursday announced that he will nominate Sean P. Lugg to serve as a Superior Court Judge in New Castle County. If confirmed, Lugg will take the seat formerly held by Superior Court Judge William C. Carpenter, Jr.
