NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Mar. 2 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Duane A. Evans, issued the following news release on Feb. 28, 2023:
DR. CHARLES J. SOUTHALL, III, age 65, was sentenced today by United States District Judge Jay Zainey to 60 months in prison, followed by a 3-year term of supervised release, after SOUTHALL previously pleaded guilty to laundering proceeds unlawfully obtained from a wire fraud scheme, in violation of Title 18, United States Code . . .
