Congresswoman Kathy Manning (NC-06) announced $55,000 in federal funding for three community arts projects and centers in North Carolina's Sixth District.
The Community Theater of Greensboro, Elsewhere Incorporated, and the North Carolina Folk and Heritage Festivals are recipients of federal funding from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) grant programs . . .
