WASHINGTON, Dec. 23 -- Sen. Ben Ray Lujan, D-New Mexico, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) and Ben Ray Lujan (D-N.M.) are delivering over $273 million in investments for 146 local projects across New Mexico through the Omnibus Appropriations Agreement for Fiscal Year 2023 (FY23). The bill passed the Senate today and is expected to be voted on by the House.
The $1.7 trillion FY23 spending bill includes $772.5 billion for non-defens . . .
