WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 -- Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Michigan, issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (MI-13) introduced House Resolution 1528, the Restaurant Workers Bill of Rights, in partnership with worker members of the Restaurant Opportunities Centers (ROC) United, recognizing restaurant workers' rights to thriving wages, healing, rest, a safe and dignified working environment, universal health care, bodily autonomy, and democracy in their workplace.
