Scott Misture, Inamori Professor of Materials Science and Engineering in the Inamori School of Engineering at Alfred University, has been appointed to the rank of "Distinguished Professor" by the State University of New York (SUNY) Board of Trustees. Misture, an Alfred University alumnus (B.S. ceramic engineering 1990; Ph.D., ceramic science, 1994) has been teaching at his alma mater . . .
