ATLANTA, Georgia, Sept. 23 -- The Georgia Department of Agriculture issued the following news release:
Georgia Agriculture Commissioner Gary Black and State Representative Henry "Wayne" Howard continue to roll out their bipartisan collaboration, Assistance at the Pump, to aid disabled drivers who may face hurdles at the pump.
