Reps. Ron Kind (D-WI) and Jason Smith (R-MO) introduced the bipartisan Promotion and Expansion of Private Employee Ownership Act to encourage the formation of employee-owned businesses through S Corporation Employee Stock Ownership Plans (S-ESOPs).
