TALLAHASSEE, Florida, June 25 -- The Florida Department of Financial Services issued the following news release:
This morning Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & State Fire Marshal Jimmy Patronis traveled to Surfside to assess the damage, coordinate response efforts and provide support for emergency activities following the Champlain Towers South Condo collapse. Following the tour of damage, the CFO joined Governor Ron DeSantis at a press conference.
