CHARLESTON, West Virginia, June 25 (TNSsro) -- The Public Service Commission of West Virginia issued the following order (Case No. 21-0240-COAL-SC-GI):
SOUTHEASTERN LAND, LLC, Proceeding that requires coal shipper to show cause why the Commission should not enforce outstanding Notices of Violation in circuit court and assess costs, and Investigation of delinquent tonnage fees and whether Administrative penalties, costs, or fees should be imposed.
