PEORIA, Illinois, March 6 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Central District of Illinois issued the following news release on March 5, 2021:
The former national president of Project Linus, Carol Babbitt, 61, was sentenced to more than two years in prison for stealing money from the not-for-profit organization.
