TOPEKA, Kansas, March 3 -- The Kansas Department of Labor issued the following news release:
Governor Laura Kelly announced that the Kansas Department of Labor is upgrading the agency's server capacity and adding more availability, staff and support at the contact center, which is experiencing ongoing increases in call volume from claimants who are in need of speaking with customer service agents to help with their claims.
