FALLS CHURCH, Virginia, July 3 -- The U.S. Air Force issued the following news:
In a ceremony June 28 at the Defense Health Headquarters in Falls Church, the Air Force Medical Service stood up a new field operating agency, the Air Force Medical Readiness Agency.
Air Force Surgeon General Lt. Gen. Dorothy Hogg, and incoming AFMRA commander Brig. Gen. Mark Koeniger, spoke at the ceremony, heralding a new era in Air Force Medicine.
