CARSON CITY, Nevada, June 21 -- Gov. Stephen Sisolak, D-Nevada, issued the following news release:
Today, Governor Steve Sisolak announced the appointment of Laurie L. Carson of Ely to the White Pine County Commission, Seat 3. Carson takes the seat previously held by Steven M. Stork, who passed away on April 29th.
"Laurie is an experienced public servant for the people of White Pine County, a successful businesswoman, and a knowledgeable expert on important issues . . .
