WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tennessee, issued the following statement on a resolution he introduced to designate June 20 as American Eagle Day:
"American Eagle Day is a day to celebrate the dramatic recovery and restoration of the bald eagle.
