WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Rep. Tomaz Malinowski, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
The House of Representatives has approved a $13 billion funding package for the Social Security Administration; a $300 million increase over FY2019. The additional funding will be used to hire additional staff at field offices, teleservice and processing centers and improve public services.
