Today, Congresswoman Sylvia Garcia voted for first appropriations minibus bill, H.R. 2740. This important bill provides a total $982.8 billion in essential government funding and consists of the Fiscal Year 2020 Labor-Health and Human Services, Education, Defense, State-Foreign Operations, and Energy and Water Development spending bills.
