SALEM, Oregon, June 20 -- Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum issued the following statement on a 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling that could allow the Trump administration's Title X 'gag rule' to go into effect:
"This Gag Rule will devastate the Title X program and fundamentally change the way this important public health program has worked for almost 30 years.
"The grant funds at the heart of this program are a true safety net for low income women . . .
