WASHINGTON, June 20 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following remarks at the Subcommittee on Consumer Protection and Commerce and Subcommittee on Environment and Climate Change joint hearing entitled "Driving in Reverse: The Administration's Rollback of Fuel Economy and Clean Car Standards":
