PIERRE, South Dakota, June 20 -- Gov. Kristi Noem, R-South Dakota, issued the following news release:
Governor Kristi Noem today joined 26 other governors in urging the United States House of Representatives and United States Senate to ratify the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement.
