WASHINGTON, June 19 -- Sen. John Hoeven, R-North Dakota, issued the following statement after Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Andrew Wheeler, Energy Secretary Rick Perry and Interior Secretary Bernhardt signed the affordable clean energy rule, which replaces the emissions regulations for coal power plants issued by the President Obama:
