LINCOLN, Nebraska, June 19 -- Gov. Pete Ricketts, R-Nebraska, issued the following statement in response to the news that President Trump and Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Andrew Wheeler had finalized the repeal of President Obama's Clean Power Plan:
