WASHINGTON, June 19 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following remarks at the Subcommittee on Energy hearing entitled "Legislative Solutions to Make Our Nation's Pipelines Safer:"
