WASHINGTON, June 17 -- Rep. Ralph Abraham, R-Louisiana, issued the following news release:
Congressman Ralph Abraham, M.D., R-Alto, met with Iraqi Minister of Trade Mohammed Hashim Abdul-Majeed Jasim and Iraqi Ambassador to the United States Fareed Yasseen at his Washington office on Thursday.
Abraham and the Iraqi trade delegation discussed ways they could further enhance a trade relationship between the two countries, particularly regarding US agriculture exports.
