BATON ROUGE, Louisiana, Sept. 7 -- Louisiana State University issued the following news release:
During its September meeting, the LSU Board of Supervisors approved a cooperative endeavor agreement, or CEA, for a public-private partnership related to the management and operation of public hospitals in Shreveport and Monroe.
