NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Sept. 7 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Peter Strasser, issued the following news release:
TODD DELAUNE age 53, a resident of Larose, Louisiana, pleaded guilty yesterday to a one-count indictment before the Honorable Carl J. Barbier for violation of the Federal Gun Control Act, announced U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans.
According to court documents, DELAUNE was arrested by detectives of the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Off . . .
