MANOA, Hawaii, Sept. 6 -- The University of Hawaii's Manoa campus issued the following news release:
Two University of Hawai'i at Manoa students are the only U.S. award recipients of the 2018-19 Monbukagakusho Scholarship from the Japanese government's Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT).
