Delaware: Governor Signs Marijuana Expungement Bill Into Law

DOVER, Delaware, Sept. 6 -- The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws issued the following news release:

Democrat Gov. John Carney has signed legislation into law vacating past, low-level marijuana convictions.
