NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Sept. 5 -- Loyola University issued the following news release:
On Saturday, Sept. 8, Loyola Presents "Metropolitan Opera Stars in Concert" bringing to Loyola performances by some of the greatest dramatic singers in opera today, including internationally renowned bass-baritone and New Orleans native Greer Grimsley. Grimsley, a 1976 opera alumnus, and stars of the operatic stage will perform one night only at Loyola in this concert open to the public . . .
