EPA Proposes Approval of West Virginia Regional Haze SIP Revision
WASHINGTON, April 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve West Virginia's regional haze State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted on August 12, 2022, addressing the requirements under the Clean Air Act (CAA) and the EPA's Regional Haze Rule (RHR) for the second implementation period.
