AUGUSTA, Maine, April 10 -- The Maine Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has ruled that Versant Power improperly applied additional screening criteria when evaluating a proposed solar energy project by Sundog Solar LLC. In an order issued April 9, 2025, the PUC directed Versant to promptly review Sundog's project for interconnection as a Level 2 project.
