Federal Reserve System to Expand Stake in American National Bank of Texas
WASHINGTON, April 5 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System has announced that A.N.B. Holding Company, Ltd., based in Terrell, Texas, has submitted an application to increase its ownership stake in The ANB Corporation to as much as 38 percent.
