Commerce Department Maintains Antidumping Duties on Polyester Textured Yarn From India and China
WASHINGTON, April 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration has determined that revoking antidumping duty orders on polyester textured yarn from India and the People's Republic of China would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping. As a result, the agency has announced the final results of its expedited first sunset reviews, confirming that antidumping duties will remain in place to protect U.S. manufacturers from unfairly priced imports.

WASHINGTON, April 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) and Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) have announced the planned repatriation of human remains and associated funerary objects removed from multiple sites in San Juan County, Utah.
