Mr. Speaker, tonight I rise to honor the life and legacy of Congressman Raul Grijalva.
Raul Grijalva passed away peacefully on March 13 of this year, surrounded by his wife and three daughters. Born in Tucson, Arizona, on February 19, 1948, he was raised in a close-knit community with his sisters, Lydia and Norma.
