N.H. PUC Suspends Liberty Utilities Storm Recovery Rate Hike, Opens Investigation
CONCORD, New Hampshire, Feb. 20 -- The New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission (PUC) has suspended a proposed rate increase by Liberty Utilities (Granite State Electric) and initiated an investigation into the company's request to adjust its Storm Recovery Adjustment Factor (SRAF).
