Commerce Department Finds Korean Polyester Fiber Sold Below Fair Value
WASHINGTON, Feb. 7 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that Toray Advanced Materials Korea, Inc. (TAK) sold low melt polyester staple fiber (low melt PSF) from South Korea in the U.S. at less than normal value during the review period from August 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023.
As the sole producer and exporter under review, TAK received a weighted-average dumping margin of 3.14 percent, reflecting adjustments made following an analysis of comments from interested parties
