Husch Blackwell Supports Marshfield Clinic Health System in Merger With Sanford Health
KANSAS CITY, Missouri, Jan. 31 -- Husch Blackwell, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Husch Blackwell served as outside transactional and regulatory counsel to Marshfield Clinic Health System in a merger with Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States.
