MOBILE, Alabama, Nov. 23 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Alabama issued the following news release on Nov. 22, 2024: A Mobile man, Quenton James Franklin, 28, was sentenced today in federal court on his conviction for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine and marijuana as a member of the Otis Sanders drug trafficking organization.
