N.C. Insurance Dept.: Forsyth County Man Charged With Common Law Forgery and Obtaining Property by False Pretense
RALEIGH, North Carolina, Nov. 15 -- The North Carolina Department of Insurance issued the following news release on Nov. 14, 2024:
North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey announced today the arrest of David Fitzgerald Bishop Jr., of 135 Fieldcreek Court, Winston-Salem. Bishop is charged with obtaining property by false pretense and common law forgery, both felonies.
