CONCORD, New Hampshire, Oct. 30 -- New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella issued the following news release on Oct. 29, 2024:
Attorney General John M. Formella announces the initiation of an enforcement action by the New Hampshire Department of Justice Civil Rights Unit against Aaron Goodwin, Kevin Goodwin, and Shannon Goodwin, alleging four violations of the New Hampshire Civil Rights Act.
The civil complaint alleges that on November 22, 2023, the Goodwins accosted one of the victims,
