WASHINGTON, Oct. 26 -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has issued a notice of proposed rulemaking, published in the Federal Register on Oct. 22, 2024, entitled "Amendment of Class E Airspace; Smith Center, KS." SUMMARY: This action proposes to amend the Class E airspace at Smith Center, KS. The FAA is proposing this action as the result of an airspace review conducted due to the decommissioning of the Mankato very high frequency omnidirectional range (VOR)  more
