JUNEAU, Alaska, Oct. 23 -- Alaska Attorney General Treg R. Taylor issued the following news release on Oct. 22, 2024:
(Anchorage, AK) - Alaska Attorney General Treg Taylor joined with 19 states and 19 provider associations in a challenge to a Final Rule by the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services that imposes costly administrative burdens on states and providers and threatens access to long-term care for Alaskans.
