CAPE GIRARDEAU, Missouri, Oct. 23 -- Southeast Missouri State University issued the following news: Southeast Missouri State University signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri (GSEM) to support post-secondary education efforts for girls across its 28-county jurisdiction in Missouri.
