SPARTANBURG, South Carolina, Oct. 19 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of South Carolina issued the following news release: Nine defendants of a Spartanburg area illegal drug trafficking ring were sentenced to a total of 1,257 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to conspiring to distribute illegal drugs, including fentanyl, methamphetamine, heroin, and cocaine.
