ST. PAUL, Minnesota, Oct. 9 -- Gov. Tim Walz, D-Minnesota, issued the following news release on Oct. 8, 2024:
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz today signed Emergency Executive Order 24-12 authorizing the Minnesota National Guard to provide emergency assistance to Florida ahead of Hurricane Milton.
