CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Oct. 4 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Oct. 3, 2024:
Carlito Harris Carter, 45, of St. Albans, was sentenced today to 10 years in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl and violating supervised release.
