RUSSELLVILLE, Arkansas, Oct. 1 -- Arkansas Tech University issued the following news:
Arkansas Tech University President Dr. Russell Jones announced on Monday, Sept. 30, that Paul S. Edwards has withdrawn from his acceptance of the ATU vice president for administration and finance position.
