W.Va. U.S. Attorney: Two Defendants Plead Guilty to Roles in Beckley Drug Trafficking Organization
BECKLEY, West Virginia, Sept. 27 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Sept. 26, 2024:
Today, Christopher Michael Shepherd, 48, of Fayetteville, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and Kimberly Rosetta Logan, 47, of Beckley, pleaded guilty to distribution of fentanyl.
