The Legislative Working Group on Common Interest Communities and Homeowners Associations, informally known as the HOA Reform working group, convened its first meeting on September 10 at the Minnesota Capitol. Sen. Eric Lucero (R-Saint Michael), a licensed real estate agent and the Republican lead on the Senate's housing committee, was named as the group's vice chair.
